We are seeking to hire up to 15 part to full-time, seasonal employees from May through September or October 2021.

Hops are a very labor-intensive crop and quality employees are very important to our crop’s success. All farm employees will work with a Team Leader under the Operations Manager to complete daily tasks.

The primary job responsibilities of our full-time farmworkers are:

Assisting with irrigation set up and repair, planting, stringing, and training
Weeding by hand and with hand tools
Harvesting & processing hop cones
Assisting with maintenance and equipment preparations

Hours: Work hours will be a base 40 per week, with the option to work overtime. Overtime will, from time to time, be required as completing tasks by specific dates are vital.

Compensation: Our starting pay rate is $12 – $15 per hour depending on previous experience. After the first 30 days, raises based on job performance can be received. Permanent full-time employment is also possible following harvest.

Qualifications:

Farming, equipment, and/or comparable manual labor experience preferred.
Punctuality and reliability are a must.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Attention to detail.
Stamina to maintain a fast and accurate working pace all-day.
Ability to lift 50 lbs multiple times a day.
Valid driver’s license.
Reliable transportation.
